Title: Assc Dir-Sr Product Strategist

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007, USA

Duties: Design, create, and implement pioneering data solutions for a diverse array of internal stakeholders. Architect and oversee a cohesive data ecosystem, encompassing ETL processes, data governance, intricate reporting, and profound insights derivation. Embed advanced analytics, such as large language model insights, into strategic decision-making, augmenting overall business performance. Apply experience in Large Language Models to extract unstructured data, and automate workflow. Translate intricate business needs into refined technical requirements, integrating analytics into the very fabric of our organization's decision-making processes. Collaborate with data analytics teams to drive innovative advanced analytics from concept to delivery. Decode business imperatives, translating them into actionable technical requirements for bespoke data products, ranging from daily reports to intricate SQL analyses. Design adaptive and versatile data structures, catering to a vast spectrum of analytical requirements. Showcase expertise across the complete lifecycle of ML model development, from initial data exploration to final production deployment. Uphold the highest standards of data quality, ensuring rigorous data governance practices. Utilize data manipulation tools, including Python and SQL, to craft and refine desired outcomes.

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a closely quantitative field and at least two (2) years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role working on advanced data analytics and machine learning modeling to extract actionable business insights. Full term of experience must include the following: capturing, translating, and synthesizing extensive datasets, translating them into actionable insights critical to product success; working with SQL and Python and applying advanced Machine Learning methodologies; leveraging large language models, including extracting insights from voluminous unstructured datasets; translating complex data narratives for non-technical audiences and exemplary project management capabilities; overseeing projects autonomously from initiation to conclusion; and mentoring junior data scientists, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation in the realm of data science.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $108,306 - $221,950, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
