This individual is entrusted with the upkeep, refinement, and expansion of our screening database, ensuring its reliability and accessibility to clients. Additionally, this role encompasses direct engagement with clients to fulfill their data needs and enhance their understanding and utilization of our resources.Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Maintenance and Enhancement: Proactively manage and update our historical databases with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness, ensuring they remain an invaluable resource for our subscribers.
  • Client Engagement and Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, offering timely and effective solutions to facilitate access to and comprehension of our data.
  • Process Optimization: Continually assess and refine operational procedures to boost efficiency, accuracy, and the overall quality of data updates.
  • Data Expansion: Strategically augment our data offerings with new economic or demographic indicators and sources, enriching the breadth and depth of information available to users.
  • Documentation Excellence: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including internal guidelines, data collection methodologies, and FAQs, to support clarity and consistency in data interpretation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Statistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Research Proficiency: Experience in research, particularly within these domains, will be considered an asset.
  • Relevant Experience: At least two years of professional experience in data management or a closely related field is preferred. AML/KYC experience is a plus. Knowledge of politically exposed persons (PEPs) is also a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
  • Language Expertise: Experience with other languages besides English is a plus.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $45,900.00 -  $66,600.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
