The Role / Responsibilities:

Provide operational support to Moody’s Procurement and Sourcing Group (PSG), including Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable (AP) and Data & Analytics teams

Act as back-up administrator to Coupa spend management platform, focusing on the following modules: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing (RFx), Risk Assess (CRA)

Respond to customer support requests from Moody's colleagues in support of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process - working to provide guidance, instruction and/or resolutions to inquiries

Collaborate with key experts (SME) who support PSG processes, such as Legal, IT Risk, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Compliance areas

Generate reports as the need arises from any of the applicate Procurement systems (e.g. Coupa, ServiceNow (SNOW), Spend Data, etc)

Identify & call out system / process issues that are reported as an impact to BAU operations

Act as back-up to conduct Supplier sanctions screenings (OFAC) as the need arises

Find opportunities for end-to-end process improvements, including data maintenance & quality assurance, automation of manual work, system controls and user experience (UX)

Participate in and/or lead special projects, such as supplier clean-ups & bulk contract uploads

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of meaningful experience in an environment of Procurement & Sourcing, Purchasing Operations, Contract Lifecycle Management
• Experience with Coupa spend management platform or a similar procurement system
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or a similar IT technical support system
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
• Solid project management skills, with proven history of delivering actionable outcomes
• CPSM certification a plus

The Department / Team

Moody’s Procurement & Sourcing Group consists of multiple disciplines; Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, IT Asset Management, Travel, Data & Analytics, Supplier Diversity and Supplier Relationship Management with a total global headcount of 50 full time colleagues. The role will reside within the Procurement Operations Department and work closely with all procurement leads and Senior Management.
