Team: Application Development, Analytical Services

Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our Application Development
Team. The ideal candidate will be a key driver in designing and developing innovative
applications for process automation and improvement using Microsoft technology. You will have
the opportunity to make an impact while working closely with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute significantly to a team dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing
applications that automate and improve processes.
2. Collaborate with engineers, Product/Project Managers, and operations leads to develop
effective tools and applications, adhering to coding, documentation, and design standards.
3. Participate in internal/cross-team meetings, contribute to requirements gathering, scope
definition, decision making, and technical documentation.
4. Innovate, design, and develop extensible and reusable applications to specification.
5. Work with multiple technologies and produce quality code; participate in unit/peer
testing.
6. Contribute to UI design/development, database design, and the deployment/installation of
components and services.
7. Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications.

Requirements:
1. MCA / BE (Computers or equivalent) or LLM with a focus on technology.
2. 8+ years of professional experience developing multi-tier, scalable, and high-
performance applications using C# and other .NET technologies.
3. 8+ years of hands-on experience in WPF, WCF, C#.Net, and AWS; Angular experience
is a plus.
4. Proven experience in SQL Server 2012/2014/2016.
5. Experience in AI/ML algorithms and their application in software development.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor/coach others.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a team-oriented environment.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Flexibility with shift timings is required.

Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with Python, Power BI, AL/ML, GenAI, and LLM technologies.
2. Experience in developing both Windows and Web-based applications.
3. Database administration experience.
4. Prior experience working with international teams or clients.
